Job Title: Facilities Management Supervisor (MEP & Civil)

Job Purpose
The FM Supervisor (MEP & Civil) is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and supporting maintenance teams to ensure the smooth delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Civil works across assigned properties. The role ensures preventive and reactive maintenance is executed to the highest standards, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and allocate maintenance tasks across MEP and Civil teams, ensuring balanced workloads.
- Supervise daily activities, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with standard procedures and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance technicians’ technical skills and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Review and validate diagnoses of major technical issues identified by team members.
- Oversee and personally carry out complex repair and maintenance tasks beyond technician capacity.
- Ensure timely response to reactive maintenance requests and help desk complaints as per SLA and operational policies.
- Attend and manage emergency maintenance calls during and outside working hours.
- Conduct random site inspections to monitor work quality, timelines, and adherence to company standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with HSE standards at all times.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors when required for specialized works.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical expertise in MEP and Civil maintenance.
- Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in FM systems, helpdesk operations, and maintenance planning.
- Knowledge in operating maintenance software is an added advantage.
Work Conditions
- Required to attend emergency calls beyond working hours as per operational needs.
- Frequent site visits across multiple properties/projects.
