FMCG EXPORT PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

• FMCG export products (oil, ghee, spices, food & agro products) की sourcing और procurement
• Vendors, manufacturers, farmers और suppliers को identify, evaluate और onboard करना
• Product quality, specifications और export standards (FSSAI, packaging, shelf-life) ensure करना
• Costing, price comparison और vendor negotiation handle करना
• Purchase orders (PO) generate करना और timely procurement ensure करना
• Inventory availability और dispatch planning के लिए sales & export team के साथ coordination
• Vendor follow-ups, delivery timelines और payment coordination
• Sample approval, batch consistency और quality checks maintain करना
• Market research करके alternate suppliers और cost optimization opportunities identify करना
• Procurement MIS, vendor database और purchase reports maintain करना

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (Supply Chain / Procurement / Business preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in FMCG procurement / export sourcing
• FMCG products और export quality standards की basic understanding
• Strong negotiation, coordination और communication skills
• MS Excel, email communication और documentation knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• FMCG food / organic products procurement experience
• Export-oriented sourcing background
• Knowledge of packaging materials and export compliance
• Vendor management and cost control experience
