About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven FMCG Export Sales Executive to develop and grow our international sales, with a primary focus on African markets. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing distributor relationships, and handling the export sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment.

This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who understands export procedures and can build long-term partnerships with overseas distributors and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand export sales in international markets, particularly Africa
• Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors and wholesale partners
• Manage the full export sales cycle (lead generation → negotiation → order closure)
• Maintain strong relationships with international customers
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely shipment
• Prepare and follow up on export documentation and compliance
• Monitor market demand, competitor activity, and pricing trends
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Represent the company professionally in negotiations and business communications

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG export or international sales
• Experience dealing with overseas distributors and wholesale buyers
• Knowledge of export documentation, shipping processes, and trade terms
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
• Currently based in the UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
