FMCG Sales Executive – Distribution

We are hiring an experienced FMCG Sales Executive with a strong background in distribution companies to drive sales growth and manage retail and wholesale accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets within assigned territories
• Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail outlets
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in the market
• Execute promotions and support new product launches
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and ensure FIFO compliance
• Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback

Requirements:

• 5-6 years’ experience as a Sales Executive in an FMCG distribution company
• Proven exposure to retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Valid Qatar driving license (preferred/required)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting

We will prioritize those candidates who have experience in the food industry.
