Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FM/MEP Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with UAE regulations. Candidates with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a background in facility management is must.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Team Management
• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to perform daily maintenance operations.
• Allocate work orders, monitor task completion, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Provide hands-on guidance and technical support to resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Maintenance Operations
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure operational efficiency and identify faults.
• Supervise emergency repairs and troubleshoot system breakdowns effectively.
• Coordination & Compliance
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for specialized maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense, Municipality, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and recommend system improvements.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CAFM systems or manual logs.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on manpower utilization, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in MEP maintenance supervision or facilities management.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate a maintenance team under pressure.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
• License: Valid UAE Driving License is Must.
