Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate for patient conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active RN license and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Texas
• Open to new or experienced candidates
• Excellent diagnostic, assessment, and treatment planning skills
• Strong communication skills to educate and connect with patients
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications
