F&O Dynamics ERP Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced F&O Dynamics ERP Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The candidate will work closely with business departments to improve operational efficiency, manage ERP projects, and ensure smooth system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) ERP system.
• Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, integrations, and customization projects.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, procurement, HR, and other departments to understand business requirements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within the ERP environment.
• Manage user access, training, and technical support.
• Work with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams.
• Prepare system reports and support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain ERP documentation, workflows, and procedures.
• Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation and business processes.
• Experience in finance, supply chain, inventory, or operations modules.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are preferred.
• Experience in ERP integrations and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or related technologies is an advantage.

Experience:

• 5+ years of ERP management experience.
• 3+ years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
