Foam Roofer Tech

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foam Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing systems and coatings. This role involves roof preparation, foam application, and protective coating installation on commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Install spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing systems
• Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and priming
• Apply coatings such as silicone, acrylic, or urethane
• Operate spray rigs and roofing equipment safely and efficiently
• Identify and repair roof defects or damage
• Follow all safety guidelines, including fall protection procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience with foam roofing or similar roofing systems preferred
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and safety practices
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with silicone or elastomeric coatings
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
