Job Summary

SALT Pakistan is looking for energetic, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team in Karachi. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards, cleanliness, and operational support to ensure a great dining experience for our guests.

Qualification

• Matric, Intermediate, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant experience in restaurants, cafes, hotels, or retail will be preferred.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh candidates with a positive attitude may also apply.

Key Responsibilities FOH Crew Member

• Welcome and assist guests professionally.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
• Support daily branch operations.

Crew Helper

• Assist FOH staff in daily operational activities.
• Help in serving orders and maintaining service standards.
• Support cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Assist in stock handling and operational tasks as assigned.

Cleaner

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, washrooms, and branch premises.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and hygiene standards.
• Follow cleaning schedules and SOPs.
• Support overall branch cleanliness and sanitation requirements.

Working Hours

• 9 Hours Per Day
• 6 Days Per Week
• Weekly Off as per company schedule

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs37,000.00 per month
