Front of House Manager – Full-Service Restaurant

Job Description – What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Daily FOH Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient front-of-house service with a constant eye on quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
  • Customer Service First: Make exceptional service the focus of everything we do—warm welcomes, attentive service, memorable goodbyes.
  • Anticipate Guest Needs: Spot and meet unspoken needs before guests even ask.
  • Create Regulars: Ensure every guest leaves wanting to come back—and bring their friends, family, and neighbors.
  • Lead the Team: Oversee all FOH positions, providing leadership, accountability, and coaching on the floor.
  • Train & Develop: Assist in onboarding and continuous training of all FOH staff to uphold our culture and standards.
  • Build Smart Schedules: Manage weekly scheduling based on business needs, maximizing coverage and team performance.
  • Safety First: Ensure compliance with all health, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Lead with Integrity: Be honest, reliable, self-motivated, and always represent the team with professionalism and authenticity.
