Compensation

• Full-time pay ranges from $18/hr to $20/hr, based on scheduling availability.
• Part-time pay is $15/hr to $17.75/hr, based on shift differentials. *Must meet minimum scheduling requirements of at least 20 hours per week.
• We offer automatic $.50 raises for every 1,000 hours worked

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Examples of specific station duties include things such as taking orders outside on iPads, taking orders inside at the front counter, making drinks and shakes, bagging food, delivering food, cleaning the Dining Room, refreshing beverages, and assisting guests with anything they may need to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Other duties as assigned, both inside the Dining Room and outside in the Drive Thru

• Ability, and willingness, to work outside in the Drive Thru during summer, winter, spring, and fall seasons

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work in Liberty, Missouri
• Must be at least 16 years old to be considered. *Please apply to our 15 year old Team Member position, if not yet 16 yo. If you don't see a 15 year old position to apply for, that means all 15 yo positions are currently filled. You will NOT be considered for this position if you are not at least 16 yo. Please check back in a few weeks.
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and be able to pass E-verify
• Must work well under pressure while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to work the entire shift on your feet
• Must be able to lift 15 - 20 pounds
• Must be able to work outside in the Drive-Thru throughout all four seasons
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and hospitality focused environment
