Committee Operations & Documentation

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, briefing materials, and supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Record and maintain detailed minutes of meetings, including discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions.
  • Track and monitor implementation of committee resolutions, ensuring proper documentation and timely closure.
  • Liaise with executive management and departments to ensure accountability in executing committee decisions.
  • Provide periodic progress reports to Committee Chairpersons and the Board Secretary to support informed decision-making.

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure committees operate in compliance with internal bylaws, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain an organized and auditable record of committee documentation, correspondence, and decisions.
  • Continuously enhance committee processes, templates, and documentation standards to improve operational efficiency and transparency.


About you: the ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in related studies, with 4-6 years of related experience.
