Job Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic professional to serve as the face of our school. You will manage the front desk, lead our student recruitment efforts, and handle field marketing activities. Admission conversion is a critical part of this role. Key Responsibilities
- Admission Management:
- Counsel prospective parents and students about our curriculum and facilities.
- Handle end-to-end admission inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, and emails).
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Marketing & Outreach:
- Execute field marketing activities and door-to-door awareness campaigns.
- Distribute brochures and promotional materials in the Palampur region.
- Manage school social media updates and digital inquiries.
- Front Office:
- Maintain a welcoming reception area and handle visitor registers.
- Coordinate with the administration team for school events and functions.
- Driving & Fieldwork:
- Driving is compulsory for regular field visits, client meetings, and administrative tasks.
Job Criteria
- Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in school admissions or educational marketing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Personality: Must possess a decent, professional, and confident personality suitable for representing a premier institution.
- Driving: Must have a valid 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler driving license.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA/MBA Marketing preferred).
