Overview

We are building a front-of-house team that understands hospitality is a craft—not just a job. At Saints, every guest interaction matters. From the first greeting to the final check, our team is responsible for delivering a polished, high-energy experience that keeps guests coming back.

We are currently hiring Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and strong guest engagement.

Compensation

• Servers & Bartenders: $2.13/hour + tips
• Hosts: Starting at $15/hour

Key ResponsibilitiesServers & Bartenders

• Deliver a high-level guest experience from greeting to checkout
• Guide guests through food and beverage offerings with confidence
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pairings
• Accurately take and enter orders using Toast POS
• Execute service with speed, precision, and attention to detail
• Manage multiple guests and/or bar service without losing composure
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain a clean, organized section or bar area
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and Virginia ABC regulations
• Work closely with kitchen, bar staff, hosts, and support team

Hosts

• Serve as the first impression of the restaurant by greeting guests warmly and professionally
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow efficiently
• Communicate clearly with servers and management to maintain smooth service
• Provide accurate wait times and maintain guest satisfaction at the door
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front entrance

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience preferred (especially in high-volume or full-service environments)
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with guests
• Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in Virginia (21+ preferred for bartenders)
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times
