Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented F&B Associate to join our Executive Lounge – NEST. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism. This role requires attention to detail, warmth in service, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a luxury environment.
Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests in the Executive Lounge.
Ensure smooth daily operations of NEST, including breakfast, afternoon tea, evening canapés, and beverage service.
Set up, replenish, and maintain buffet displays and lounge areas to the highest standards.
Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
Proactively anticipate guest needs and preferences to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Adhere to all hotel policies, service standards, and brand guidelines.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or executive lounge.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Professional grooming and presentation.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
