What You ll Do
  Provide high-quality and friendly service across F&B outlets following Sofitel standards.
  Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness, and ensure supplies are well stocked.
  Monitor operating supplies to reduce wastage and control costs.
  Maintain professional appearance and punctuality, wearing the correct uniform and name tag.
  Support marketing promotions by upselling menu items and combinations.
  Handle guest enquiries and complaints efficiently, maintaining good customer relationships.
  Assist in preparing and recording daily, monthly, and quarterly inventories.
  Train and coach new team members, ensuring skills meet operational needs.
  Collect and process F&B requisitions and update daily logs.
  Comply with local legislation, hotel fire, health, and safety procedures.
  Respond flexibly to departmental changes and assist other hotel areas when needed.
  Ensure confidentiality of hotel, customer, and staff information at all times.
 
Ideal Profile
  Diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred.
  Previous F&B or guest service experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous and professional approach.
  Knowledge of HACCP standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest and business needs.
  Flexible, proactive, and able to handle cross-cultural interactions with sensitivity.
  Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
