Position Overview
Atlantis The Royal is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team at La Mar, one of its award-winning dining destinations. The ideal candidate will assist waitstaff in delivering seamless, five-star service while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities

* Support the service team by setting up tables, delivering dishes, and attending to guest needs efficiently.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant s menu, ingredients, and service standards.
* Ensure food and beverages are served accurately, promptly, and with proper presentation.
* Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas in compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines.
* Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next service promptly.
* Follow proper sanitation and health protocols at all times.
* Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests, ensuring satisfaction.
* Report guest feedback and service issues to supervisors for immediate resolution.

Ideal Profile

* 1 2 years of experience in a similar food and beverage or hospitality service role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
* Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards.
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service procedures.
* Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
