Food and Beverage Cashier

Responsibilities:

As a Cashier at Big Sky Resort, you will:

Provide quick, courteous, and accurate service at the point of sale with a positive attitude
Communicate clearly with guests and team members, creating a smooth checkout experience
Follow established procedures for handling transactions, cash, and credit card processing
Keep the checkout area organized, stocked, and impeccably clean
Assist with restocking and light prep as needed, and step into support roles to help the larger team
Share helpful information about Big Sky Resort and the surrounding area to enhance the guest experience
Uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards in line with Boyne Basics and Boyne Standards

Qualifications:

Passion for guest service and a genuine interest in hospitality
Polite and professional demeanor in all guest interactions
Strong sense of urgency and accountability for doing tasks right the first time
Comfort with repetitive tasks and consistent performance in a fast-paced environment
Clean and safe work habits with strong attention to detail
Availability for a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
Must be able to carry a full tray with either hand
