Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Crew, you will embody the essence of refined service, ensuring that each guest is treated to a seamless and exquisite dining experience. Your attention to detail, grace, and passion for hospitality will set the tone for every meal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve guests in the restaurant, lounge, or dining venues with genuine warmth and attentiveness.

  • Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation, and recommended pairings.

  • Ensure the table settings, side stations, and service areas are impeccably arranged and stocked.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely service.

  • Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care.

  • Uphold brand service standards and hygiene protocols consistently.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Requirements:

  • Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
