Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of restaurants, lounges, and banquet services.
* Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest dining experiences.
* Lead, motivate, and train the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
* Collaborate with chefs to create innovative menus and promotional offers.
* Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and implement effective cost controls.
* Monitor guest feedback, identify service gaps, and drive improvements.
* Maintain compliance with IHG brand standards and local regulations.
* Support the Director of Operations in strategic planning and execution.
Ideal Profile
* 5 7 years of F&B management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Previous IHG brand experience preferred.
* Currently based in the UAE with knowledge of local dining and hospitality trends.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Solid financial management and business acumen.
* Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and driving F&B innovation.
