Food And Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary:


The Food & Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the full F&B operations of a multi-outlet restaurant chain specializing in Emirati food and cultural dining experiences . The role requires a hands-on leader with deep understanding of the UAE hospitality market , strong operational discipline, and proven experience progressing through service and kitchen roles (waiter, supervisor, chef).

This position ensures authenticity, consistency, quality, and profitability across all outlets while preserving Emirati heritage and guest experience.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily F&B operations across all restaurant outlets.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, and cultural presentation.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs aligned with Emirati hospitality values.
  • Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
  • Ensure authentic Emirati service standards and guest engagement.
  • Personally observe service flow and intervene where improvement is required.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen teams.
  • Ensure authenticity of Emirati cuisine, recipes, and preparation methods.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, hygiene, and kitchen discipline.
  • Support menu development while preserving traditional flavors.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor restaurant managers, supervisors, and chefs.
  • Design training programs for service, kitchen, and cultural awareness.
  • Build teams from the ground up and instill strong work ethics.
  • Enforce grooming, discipline, and performance standards.
  • Manage food cost, labor cost, wastage, and inventory efficiency.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting in coordination with finance.
  • Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality , food safety, HACCP, and labor regulations.
  • Maintain readiness for inspections and audits.
  • Ensure cultural sensitivity and regulatory compliance in all operations.


Job Qualifications:


  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in F&B operations within the UAE.
  • Proven experience in Emirati / traditional / cultural restaurant concepts .
  • Deep understanding of UAE hospitality market and guest expectations.
  • Strong leadership, training, and people management skills.
  • Excellent operational, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred .
