Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit.
- Present the menu, explain plant-based dishes, and guide guests with recommendations based on their preferences or dietary needs.
- Accurately take orders, punch them into the POS system, and ensure timely coordination with the kitchen and barista teams.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and escalate concerns when required.
- Assist in upselling specials, seasonal offerings, and retail products.
- Refill water, condiments, and table essentials regularly to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Support teammates during peak hours and contribute to maintaining a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Prior experience as a steward/floor staff/waiter in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Courteous, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of food service etiquette and guest handling.
- Willingness to learn about plant-based cuisine and Greenr Café’s sustainability philosophy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
