Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Admin Executive with an F&B background, preferably holding an IMH certification and experience in five-star hotel. Experience in banquet operations is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and possess strong organizational skills to manage daily operations across fleet services, café management, inventory, event coordination, and all day dining inventory and ordering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of Café & All day dining cafeteria , including procurement, inventory control, and supply management.
  • Handle ordering and stock control of office supplies, cleaning materials, and stationery with accurate inventory tracking.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, conduct stock audits, and ensure proper storage of materials.
  • Coordinate AMC services and billing for water filter units.
  • Support CSR initiatives by assisting with planning, procurement, and logistics.
  • Assist in event setup and venue branding in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Key Deliverables:

  • Efficient vehicle and driver management
  • Smooth café operations with well-maintained inventory and expires
  • Timely ordering and accurate tracking of supplies
  • Organized and clean storage areas
  • On-time coordination of AMC services and payments
  • Successful CSR and event activity execution
  • Consistent initiative and ownership in daily operations

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic reporting
  • IMH certification and banquet experience preferred
