We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor with a background in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality. The ideal candidate will oversee daily F&B operations, ensure exceptional guest service, maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, and support the management team in achieving operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor service standards, presentation, and quality of food and beverages to maintain luxury brand standards.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate service staff to deliver professional and courteous service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts, managing attendance, and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Support inventory management, cost control, and procurement of F&B supplies.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, and VIP services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and luxury guest expectations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume operations efficiently.
  • Polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience in managing fine dining restaurants, bars, banquets, or multi-outlet operations.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and reporting tools.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,800.00 per month

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Food and Beverage in Luxury Hospitality: 3 years (Preferred)
