We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor with a background in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality. The ideal candidate will oversee daily F&B operations, ensure exceptional guest service, maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, and support the management team in achieving operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor service standards, presentation, and quality of food and beverages to maintain luxury brand standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate service staff to deliver professional and courteous service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts, managing attendance, and monitoring performance.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Support inventory management, cost control, and procurement of F&B supplies.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, and VIP services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end hospitality environment.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and luxury guest expectations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume operations efficiently.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience in managing fine dining restaurants, bars, banquets, or multi-outlet operations.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and reporting tools.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
