What you will be doing:

• Team Leadership: Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage team to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
• Supervision & Delegation: Supervise daily operations ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Quality Control: Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food and visual appeal in every dish served.
• Customer Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, handling complaints and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Operational Excellence: Assist in maintaining stock levels, managing inventory and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all safety, hygiene and company policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced high energy environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
