Food and Beverage Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences in both fine and casual dining settings. Your leadership will be essential in training staff, managing shifts, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Train and develop staff on service techniques, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Train staff according to Brand Standard and Company Standards.
• Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation that meets our quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels for bar and other supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
• Utilize POS system for order processing and reporting to streamline operations.
• Some knowledge of bar operations to cover meal breaks and call offs.
• Oversee banquet services, ensuring events are executed flawlessly according to client specifications.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in both fine dining and casual dining environments.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
• Experience in training development and staff management is essential.
• Familiarity with bar operations and coffee service is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
