Food and Beverage Team Leader

General Overview

The FOH Team Leader ensures exceptional guest experiences by leading the FOH team in a manner consistent

with Evergreen Organics’ vegan, sustainable, and organic values. They are responsible for maintaining

operational efficiency, fostering team motivation, and implementing brand-aligned practices to meet customer

satisfaction and business goals.

The position will include key responsibilities such as:

● Ensure a welcoming environment for all guests, delivering exceptional service aligned with the company’s ethos.

● Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

● Lead, motivate, and support the FOH team to achieve high levels of performance and morale.

● Provide on-the-job training to team members, ensuring adherence to brand standards.

● Assist in scheduling and task delegation for effective daily operations.

● Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the FOH area.

● Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service.

● Monitor inventory levels and ensure all FOH supplies are adequately stocked.

● Promote and implement eco-friendly practices such as recycling and waste reduction.

● Educate staff and guests about Evergreen Organics’ commitment to veganism, sustainability, and organic living.

● Monitor and analyze sales trends, contributing to strategies for improving revenue.

● Assist in preparing operational reports for management review.

● Handle daily administrative tasks such as maintaining records, submitting reports, and tracking team

performance.

● Support management in updating and implementing FOH policies and procedures.

● Embody and promote the company’s mission and values in all interactions with guests and team members.

● Act as a role model for the team, consistently demonstrating professionalism and integrity.

● Assist in other operational areas as required by management.

● Take on ad hoc tasks to support the overall success of the outlet.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Team Leader in a busy restaurant of a 5-star hotel in Doha?: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• QID (Preferred)
• Food Handling Certificate (Preferred)
• Qatar Chamber Food Handler's Training (Preferred)
