Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across the assigned outlet
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with InterContinental brand standards
  • Conduct daily briefings and communicate updates on menus, promotions, and service standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure timely and quality service delivery
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and resolve complaints professionally
  • Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and table setup to uphold five-star standards
  • Support outlet management with staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
  • Manage inventory, requisitions, and control operating costs to achieve financial targets
  • Promote upselling opportunities to increase outlet revenue and support marketing initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations (HACCP standards)
