Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage / hospitality (preferred)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly food and beverage service to guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them promptly
- Ensure knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Process bills and payments accurately, when required
- Support daily opening and closing duties
- Comply with company policies and operational procedures
