Food & Beverage Coordinator

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage / hospitality (preferred)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly food and beverage service to guests
• Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them promptly
• Ensure knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Process bills and payments accurately, when required
• Support daily opening and closing duties
• Comply with company policies and operational procedures
