Job Summary:-

Join our Luxury 5-star Resort in Vengurla, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, as a Food & Beverage Executive! Manage F&B operations, lead a team, and delight our guests.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Oversee daily F&B operations (restaurants, bars, room service, events, banquets)

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of F&B staff for exceptional service

- Manage reservations, events, and functions; ensure flawless execution

- Monitor inventory, control costs, optimize revenue, and manage budgets

- Collaborate with Chefs, Housekeeping, and Front Office for seamless guest experiences

- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards (FSSAI, HACCP)

- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:-

- *Qualification*: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field

- *Experience*: 3-5 years in F&B roles, preferably in luxury hospitality

- *Certificates*: Food Safety Certification (FSSAI), Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred

- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

- Fluent in English; local language knowledge an asset

- Proficient in MS Office and F&B software
