Food & Beverage Flex Position

Responsibilities:

• Bartender/Barback/Serving Requirements
• Take drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner.
• Retain knowledge of menu offerings, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their food and beverage in a timely manner.
• Experience with bar preparations such as making juice, batching syrup, and classic cocktail knowledge.
• Be able to provide excellent customer service and high quality experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume cocktail lounge.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have the ability to work well under pressure with other staff members.
