Food & Beverage Manage

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving service quality, controlling costs, and increasing overall revenue while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Control costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and control costs
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in GCC/Qatar is an advantage
