Food & Beverage Manager

We are currently seeking dynamic, ambitious, and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who can assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

As a Director of Food & Beverage / Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for the short and long-term planning and management of food & beverage operations in both front and back of house to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals. The role involves managing and achieving profit and quality across all food & beverage operations in the hotel, including restaurants, catering, and banquet services. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining standards of food & beverage quality and guest service quality
  2. Coaching, training, and managing employees within the hotel's organizational structure
  3. Achieving budgeted revenues and expenses and maximizing profitability of the food & beverage department
  4. Contributing to the profitability and guest satisfaction perceptions of other hotel departments
  5. Implementing and maintaining local and national sales and marketing programs
  6. Increasing guest satisfaction by delivering improved products through employee development, job engineering, and maintaining a quality image
  7. Ensuring compliance with business operations and legal regulations
  8. Marketing food & beverage outlets, developing and managing menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations, and presentation within corporate guidelines to meet or exceed sales and financial goals
  9. Implementing and managing all company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs
