Food & Beverage Operations Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Area Operations Manager to oversee and drive the success of our restaurant operations across multiple locations in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a hands-on, field-based role, with daily presence in our branches to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and strong business performance.

Duties:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants across different regions.

Conduct daily branch visits to monitor performance, service quality, and operational standards.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and operational teams.

Monitor key performance indicators, sales performance, and operating costs to achieve business objectives.

Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.

Collaborate with senior management to support marketing initiatives and business growth.

Demands:

At least 5:7 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a proven track record as an Area Manager . Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple branches simultaneously.

A practical approach and willingness to spend most of your time in the field with teams.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
