Senior Operations Specialist

What You'll Do：

1. Business strategy formulation: Focusing on business goals, based on market insights, and in combination with the business development stage, we are able to formulate supply growth strategies and merchant marketing strategies to leverage merchants' high-quality supply and subsidy resource investment;

2. Operational analysis: We are able to build an operational monitoring system and mechanism, establish a business change analysis mechanism, and conduct insights and special analysis on users, products, prices, activities, etc. in response to business problems and medium- and long-term propositions to continuously improve resource utilization efficiency.

What We Need From You：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 or more years of internet-related experience;

2. Strong data analysis and market insight, with a sense of innovation (exploring new cooperation models based on hot topics);

3. Extensive experience in supply strategy, project management, and analysis;

4. Clear logical thinking, excellent communication skills, and cross-departmental communication skills.
