Job Description:

The Food and Beverage Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guests in a timely and efficient manner. This role supports the service team by ensuring accuracy, presentation, and prompt delivery, contributing to a smooth and high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly and accurately, following service standards
Ensure all orders are complete, correctly presented, and match guest requests before delivery
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to coordinate timely service
Assist in clearing tables and resetting them as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and running areas
Support waitstaff and bartenders during busy service periods
Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards
Handle guest interactions politely and professionally when delivering orders
Assist with basic setup and preparation tasks as required
