Food & Beverage Supervisor

Kids HQ is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee operations across all its UAE branches.

Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Location: All UAE branches (Sharjah, Ras al Khaimah & Dubai)
Experience: 4 - 5 years

Job Duties:

* Responsible for overseeing all operations of the Food & Beverage, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and profitability.
* Managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, achieving financial goals, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the F&B department.
* Control costs, including labor, food, and operational expenses, while maximizing revenue.
* Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase profitability.
* Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and cafe team to align with market trends and customer preferences.
* Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and service standards.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.
* Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all F&B outlets, kitchens, and equipment.
