Job Summary:
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily café operations, ensuring high-quality beverage preparation, leading the barista team, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to approved recipes and quality standards.

Lead, schedule, and monitor barista team performance.

Train new staff and continuously develop team skills.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and work areas.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Barista, including supervisory experience.

Advanced knowledge of coffee types and brewing techniques.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
