Food and Beverage Supervisor (Luxury Hospitality)

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor with proven experience in a 5-star hotel setting. The ideal candidate will support daily F&B operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and professionalism across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across assigned outlets
• Ensure excellent guest service in line with luxury hotel standards
• Support the F&B Manager in managing staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation at all times
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, HACCP, and health & safety regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments for smooth operations
• Assist with inventory control, stock management, and cost control
• Ensure proper setup, service flow, and closing procedures are followed
• Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-6 years of Food & Beverage experience, with at least 5-star hotel exposure
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards and operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
• Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting is an advantage
