Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, with experience in managing food service operations within a hotel or restaurant environment.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Assist in managing banquet services, including setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive work environment and enhance team productivity.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock for service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation that meets guest expectations.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of shift management practices and ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in banquet management is a plus, with an understanding of event planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
