Food & Beverage Supervisor at Holiday Inn SF City Centre!

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our team and elevate the guest experience in our full-service hotel at Holiday Inn Sioux Falls-City Centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action—supporting a team, solving problems in real time, and making sure every guest has a memorable experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting front-line food & beverage team members during daily operations
• Helping create a positive, team-focused environment where service standards are consistently met
• Ensuring smooth service flow in restaurants, bars, and banquet spaces
• Working closely with leadership to maintain quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• Jumping in where needed—this is a working supervisor role, not a desk job

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with hospitality or F&B experience who enjoys leading by example
• A calm, solution-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a team-first approach
• Ability to support both guests and team members with professionalism and consistency
• Prior supervisory experience is helpful, but the right attitude and leadership potential matter most
