Opal & Grange Rooms areour exciting and exclusive offerings for our VIP members here at SkyCity Adelaide. We are seeking passionate, highly-motivated and experienced Supervisors to join our dynamic team, offering training and development to our staff and maintaining our 5-star customer service standards. We expect our successful candidates to be able to lead by example, performing all restaurant and bar duties as required.

Some other responsibilities will include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and offerings, monitoring the quality of products and services, being able to effectively communicate with all staff members about current happenings and treating our guests with the utmost warmth and welcome.

The successful candidates will be required to work a large range of hours, including night shifts and closes as well as weekends and the occasional public holiday. Our operations run through to 5am. This position reports into our Assistant Manager. This is a Part Time opportunity.

You will possess demonstrated experience in a supervisory role, showcasing a proven ability to lead teams to success. You will exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at inspiring and motivating others towards common goals. Additionally, you will excel in problem solving and decision making, with a meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational capabilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Above all, you will harbour a deep passion for driving results and achieving excellence across all facets of operations.
