Food Merchandiser

• Job Title – Food Merchandiser
• Type – Outsourced
• Contract Duration- 12 months contract
• Work Location – Dubai

Mandatory – Candidates with Car and Valid DL is a must, Fluent in English, Preferably Tagalog speakers, Experience in supermarket merchandizing, and food merchandizing

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned supermarkets and retail outlets to ensure proper product display, shelf visibility, and stock rotation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales and logistics teams for replenishment.
• Negotiate and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
• Conduct regular market checks on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a merchandiser in the FMCG or supermarket sector.
• Valid Driving License and own car (mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
• Tagalog-speaking candidates preferred
