2. Child Nutrition & Habit Monitoring:
Actively observe and document children's meal consumption habits and preferences across different campuses.
Identify positive trends and potential issues (e.g., food waste, avoidance of certain nutritious items, poor eating habits).
Provide structured feedback to help tailor meal plans that are both healthy and appealing to children, ensuring nutritional goals are met.
3. Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain a master log of all audits, incidents, corrective actions, and training sessions.
Report directly to designated higher authorities with insights and recommendations to continuously elevate our food safety and nutrition standards.
Work as the key liaison between kitchen operations and management on all food quality and safety matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
A recognized certification in Food Safety (Level 3 or equivalent) is mandatory.
Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in food safety auditing, quality control, or kitchen management, preferably within a school, hospital, large-scale catering, or NGO setting.
Proven experience in developing checklists, conducting training, and writing detailed audit reports.
Keen observation skills with an understanding of basic child nutrition and eating behaviors.
High integrity, professionalism, and a firm but respectful approach to correcting practices.
Willingness to travel locally between campuses as per a scheduled plan. Transport arrangements will be finalized based on the candidate's logistics and assigned responsibilities.
What We Value:
A system-oriented thinker who takes pride in building processes that protect and serve.
A proactive and meticulous professional who sees a problem as an opportunity to improve.
A heart for service, understanding that this role directly impacts the health and development of thousands of children.
Excellent communication skills in Urdu and a working knowledge of English for reporting.
