Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, GHP) across all departments
- Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of production, storage, and handling areas
- Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain and update food safety documentation, records, and certifications
- Ensure hygiene standards, sanitation practices, and pest control activities
- Work closely with QA, production, and warehouse teams for compliance assurance
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc. / Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
- Experience: 2–4 years in food safety, QA, or compliance role (preferably FMCG)
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
