• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, codes, and standards related to grid and transmission line construction.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Safety Training: Organize and provide safety training programs for employees and contractors, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
• Incident Reporting: Establish and oversee a system for reporting and investigating accidents, near misses, and safety violations.
• Safety Inspections: Conduct routine safety inspections at construction sites to identify and rectify safety issues promptly.
• Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills to ensure preparedness.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of safety-related incidents, inspections, and training.
• Safety Culture: Foster a safety-first culture within the organization, encouraging all employees to actively participate in safety initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal safety regulations, and ensure compliance.
• Safety Equipment: Ensure that all safety equipment is in good working condition and readily available to employees.
• Reporting: Prepare regular safety reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience in a similar role within the grid, transmission, or construction industry.
• NEBOSH IGC Certification.
• IOSH Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
