Job Description:
NovaMed Group of Companies is looking for a dedicated and qualified professional for the position of Officer / Sr. Officer – HSE (Health, Safety & Environment). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Promote a safe working environment across all departments
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct HSE trainings and awareness sessions
- Maintain HSE documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
- 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience
- Professional certifications such as IOSH / NEBOSH (or equivalent) will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience Preference:
Candidates with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
