Officer / Sr. Officer – HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

Job Description:
NovaMed Group of Companies is looking for a dedicated and qualified professional for the position of Officer / Sr. Officer – HSE (Health, Safety & Environment). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
• Promote a safe working environment across all departments
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct HSE trainings and awareness sessions
• Maintain HSE documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
• 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience
• Professional certifications such as IOSH / NEBOSH (or equivalent) will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Experience Preference:
Candidates with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
