Experience: 02 to 03 Years Experience in a reputed Textile company. Qualification/Degree:

• Graduate / Environmental Science.
• Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that staff and contractor adhere to all HSE regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
• Assist in Developing and updating safety procedures and guidelines.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, identifying root causes and providing corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain and reports accurate records of incidents, injuries and hazards.
• Provide & Conduct regular safety trainings and ongoing education and awareness regarding HSE procedures.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct periodic drills

Required Skills:

• Strong Communication Skills, Training & Development, Technical Proficiency.
• First Aid and CPR certifications, Hazardous materials handling training, Emergency response training.
