Food Production Worker

Job Summary:
The Food Production Worker is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the production line, including preparing ingredients, operating machinery, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate food production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow recipes, portioning, and labeling requirements accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Daily cleaning tasks of production facility
• Assist with mixing, baking, cooling, and packaging as assigned
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and company policies
• Support the team to ensure production goals are met
• Smoking is never allowed on shift. Smoking is not allowed on breaks. Can not arrive to work with smoke aroma on clothing.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or related field heavily preferred
• Ability to lift up to 80 LBs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Must have a high standard of cleanliness
• Willingness to work in a production environment and maintain safety standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
