Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Food Products Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote food products within the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food trends, restaurant operations, and customer behavior, along with the ability to create impactful campaigns that drive product adoption and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting restaurants, cafés, and food service businesses
- Promote food products (e.g., ingredients, ready-made items, sauces, beverages) to restaurant clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support client acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and procurement managers
- Plan and execute product launches, tastings, and promotional events
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, menus, digital content, and social media campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Stay updated on food industry trends, regulations, and consumer demands
- Work closely with product development teams to align offerings with market needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing within the food, FMCG, or restaurant sector
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
Skills:
- Experience working with restaurant chains or food distributors
- Knowledge of branding and product positioning in the food industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with local food regulations and market dynamics
